This class focuses on high intensity interval training, which yield optimal results for fat loss and lean muscle gaining. The workouts will vary each week and uses just the body to execute the moves and exercises. This is open to all over the age of 10 who can physically do full body cardio workouts. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water.
