Let Your Yoga Dance® By the Sea

Bored with your exercise routine?  Then Let Your Yoga Dance®!  A joy filled, gentle movement class that combines very basic yoga postures with simple dance moves and pairs it with great music from around the world.  Designed to stimulate your Body, Heart, Mind and Spirit!

  • no prior experience necessary
  • exercise and have fun in a non competitive class

Ages: 16+

Date: Saturday Mornings, September 16th, 23rd and 30th and October 7th

Time: 9:00-10:00 am

Location: Camp Naumkeag

Fee: $10.00 per week.  Sign up for one Saturday or all three
