Kids can Cook – “Cook & Share”

A fun interactive class where kids will learn to make a full meal on the first day and then will recreate it and serve it to their families on the second!
On Tuesday, November 7th, the students will learn to make a chicken entree with roasted potatoes and vegetables, as well as a dessert.  On Thursday, November 9th, the students will work together to recreate the meal in order to serve and share it with their families.  Students may invite 3 family members as their dinner guests at 7:00pm on November 9th.   Bon Appetite!

Ages: 8 -17

Time: Tuesday, November 7th 5:00-7:00pm and Thursday, November 9th 5:00-8:00pm
Location: Ferreira Foods, 211 Bridge St.

Price: $75.00 for the 2 classes.  This includes all food, recipes, equipment and dinner for the students and three guests.  $15.00 for each additional dinner guest.

Fitness-Boot-Camp

TNA Fit Couple Boot camp

This Bootcamp focuses on high intensity interval training, which yields optimal results for fat loss and lean muscle gaining.  This workouts will vary each week and uses just the body to execute the move and exercises.  This is open to all over the age of 10 who can physically do full body cardio workouts.  Participants should bring water and a yoga mat.

Ages: All over the age of 10
Dates: Wednesday evenings, November 1st – December 6th (no class on November 22nd)
Time: 5:00-6:00pm

Babysitting Training Course

Babysitting Training will better prepare young teens to be a more responsible, trustworthy babysitter for family and friends.  The course will cover diapering and feeding techniques, handling bedtime issues, choosing safe and age appropriate toys and games, basic first aid and much more!

Pancake Breakfast with Santa

Come and enjoy pancakes, juice and coffee at this annual holiday event.  Activities to include crafts, face painting and a visit from a very special guest, SANTA!

Junior Art Class

Local artist and educator, James Eric Rogers, invites students ages 6-12 to 4 weeks of art classes.  One large final painting composition will be completed as well as several smaller pieces.  Techniques will include acrylic, watercolors, stenciling and 3D sculpture.

Family Tennis

A wonderful opportunity for the whole family to come and learn/play tennis. Families will be  introduced to the game of tennis at all levels.  Different age groups will be on each of the 4 courts and games will be presented according to abilities and interests.  Come to one session or all three! We can only register 12 families for each Sunday. Children must be at least 5 years of age. When you register, please just register one parent’s name for the program.
