Kids Can Cook – Summer Series

This 3 night program, offers a fun interactive way to learn about different meals.  On Monday, the theme is breakfast. Participants will learn how to work with eggs, cook bacon and prepare breakfast potatoes.  Tuesday is lunch, where they will make grilled cheese, a basic pasta and tacos.  On Wednesday, we will finish the program with a 3 course dinner.

Ages: 8-17

Date: Monday – Wednesday, August 14th – 16th, 2017

Breakfast With Santa

Come have breakfast with Santa!
Included in your price is a delicious, hot breakfast and a visit with Santa.

We are collecting non perishable foods to donate to a local food bank during the breakfast.  Thank you in advance.

Girls Skill Clinic

Come learn basketball skills in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment. This clinic is open to all girls in grades 1–6. Join Parks & Rec and the Cartoon League as you learn to shoot, dribble, pass and play defense at the Bowditch School. Clinic begins at 6:00 and ends at 7:30pm.

 

No Registration needed.

If you are interested in this event, please show up on Nov 2nd or 16th with clothes to move around in and a water bottle.

Babysitting Training

Babysitting Training will better prepare young teens to be a more responsible, trustworthy babysitter for family and friends.  The course will cover diapering and feeding techniques, handling bedtime issues, choosing safe and age appropriate toys and games, basic first aid and much more!

Art Class

Art and Nature Class

Come paint with fingers or brushes!  Explore nature at Winter Island with Fairy dust, glue, glitter, leaves, flowers and more.  Each week there is a variety of sensory rich art themed projects and activities.

Salem Willows Fire Pit

Bring your families and chairs, get a snack at one of the local merchants and join us at the Fire Pit!  Salem Fire Department will be on duty.  Story telling and other activities will be presented.  Check out our Facebook page for up to date Fire Pit activities.
